How do I achieve well-being, health, freedom and independence?

Regardless of whether illnesses, psychology or small to large catastrophes determine your life, you often feel like a victim with no real chance of fundamental change. The attempts to correct the external circumstances are usually more of a struggle than a joy of life. But we were not taught that life is based on completely different laws.

Here is a thought experiment to illustrate the problem: When do you have an upright posture, when you are sad or when you are confident? What is more laborious, a stooped or an upright gait? How does the body react to sudden terrible news? It can lead to extreme tension, discomfort and even diarrhea. Only when you know that everything is okay does everything in your body calm down. And these connections between thoughts, feelings, health and external events basically exist throughout life. Ultimately, illnesses are only the consequence and the physical expression of internal events.

How does that help? Knowledge of the laws and the will to move away from the victim role are fundamental to achieving well-being, health, freedom and independence.

Initially, the focus is on accompaniment. However, my goal is to convey everything so that everyone understands the inner processes and can apply them independently. It's about real personal responsibility, authenticity, freedom and independence.
