Right now it is becoming increasingly clear that one's own inner attitude and clarity are a prerequisite for external change. But what use is the knowledge of the new era if you get stuck in your old patterns, don't know how to implement it and then don't move forward.
This weekend we will completely turn to ourselves in practice and apply, try out and internalize everything in depth in order to take it with us into everyday life.

The seminar content is adapted to the seminar duration. A breathing journey is already integrated into the weekend workshop. The processes in the seminar week are therefore much more profound and “seeing without eyes” is part of it.
